Default Schedule

All services are backed up daily at a time assigned during provisioning. This schedule ensures backups happen during low-traffic periods.

Retention Policy

Backups happen daily and are retained for 30 days. Prepared backup downloads are available for 24 hours after the preparation is complete.

On-Demand Backups

You can trigger a manual backup at any time from your dashboard. Manual backups count toward your retention policy.

Backup Timing

If you need backups at a specific time (e.g., before a major event or update), use the on-demand backup feature to create a snapshot before making changes.
