How Backups Work
Automated Backups
NoobHost performs automated backups for all services daily and backups are retained for 30 days.
What Gets Backed Up
- Server files and configurations
- Databases
- Game world saves
- Application code and assets
Encryption
All backups are encrypted with AES-256 before storage. Backups are stored in a geographically separate location from your primary server.
Backup Storage
Backups don't count against your plan's storage quota. They're stored on dedicated backup infrastructure.
Backup Notifications
You'll receive notifications if a backup fails. Successful backups are logged silently to avoid notification fatigue.
